Year 7 Park School

During Park School Year 7s went out to take part in a range of different activities in Hyde Park exploring the theme “Taking Another Look.”

Here Year 7 tell us what they thought of Park School:

“My favourite thing about Park School was the sampling of the soil in the ground for Science and the water in the lake. I also really enjoyed the run“. – Scarlett (7MW)

“I liked the Science lesson because we got to test water and soil“. – Samantha (7MW)

“I enjoyed the leaf art and creating our pictures with natural things. It was so funny when the geese came and started eating our artwork. It was nice that we got to spend some time out in nature looking around for all the resources that we needed“. – Freya (7MW)

“I liked the fact that we used nature for art because it was really fun! I also enjoyed writing poems, hearing the ducks and really enjoyed the yoga“. – Madison (7MW)

“I really liked doing the art with the leaves because we laid the leaves down and made patterns, we also learned more about Autumn. The Science was also very fun because we were testing the soil and the water temperature“. – Olive (7MW)

“I loved English because we got to write poems and we got ideas from nature which was really fun“. – Isabela (7MW)

“I learnt in Science that living organisms are made up of cells“. – Bella (7MW)

“I liked that we got to experience being outside and learning about nature. We did art and I liked it because we made art out of nature“.
